Which skin types is the device suitable for?
The device is designed for general facial use on all skin types. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure, we recommend doing a patch test first and consulting a doctor before use.
Is the device safe to use?
Yes, when used as directed. The device is made from ABS PC Stainless material and includes safety features like auto shut-off. Always do a patch test before your first full use, and avoid use if you have certain medical conditions.
Is the 1:1 DOUBLE ONE device safe to use during pregnancy?
The device's light, heat, and micro-pulse technology haven't been specifically tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women, so the manufacturer lists this as a group that should use extra caution. We recommend checking with your doctor before adding it to your routine during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Do I need to use a cream or serum with the device?
Yes — for the device to work at full effectiveness, always apply it over a cream or serum, not on bare skin (the only exception is Pure mode, used on dry, clean skin). Skipping this step will significantly reduce results.
What if the device doesn't work for me, or I experience irritation?
Discontinue use immediately if you notice redness, irritation, or discomfort. If an issue persists or you believe the device is faulty, contact our support team.

What do the four modes do?
Firm — helps improve the appearance of skin firmness and facial contours. Soothe — helps improve the appearance of uneven skin tone and leaves skin feeling comfortable. Revive — helps refresh the appearance of tired-looking skin. Pure — helps improve the appearance of pores and facial puffiness.
How do I turn it on and switch modes?
Press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds to turn it on. Briefly press the mode button to cycle through modes: Firm → Soothe → Revive → Pure. Briefly press the power/level button to adjust intensity.
Should I test the device before my first full use?
Yes. Apply a small amount of your skincare product to the inner arm or wrist, use the device at the lowest intensity for 2–3 minutes, then leave the area undisturbed for 24 hours.
Will the device turn off by itself?
Yes — it automatically powers off after 3 minutes of no use to help protect your skin and save battery.
How do I charge the device?
Connect the included USB-C cable and use a 5V/1A adapter. Full charge takes 3–4 hours.
How long does the battery last?
Around 90 minutes of working time on a full charge, with up to 90 days of standby.
How do I clean the device?
After each use, wipe the probe head with a dry cotton cloth and store it dry.
